    To ensure the best possible experience for all travelers, this tour operates on a minimum group requirement.

     

    Minimum Booking Requirement

    • A minimum of 20 paid participants is required for this tour to operate.
    • To be counted toward the minimum, each participant must submit either:
      • A full payment, or
      • The required deposit by the stated booking deadline.

     

    Trip Confirmation

    Once the minimum of 20 paid or deposited reservations has been reached, Road Ready Tours will officially confirm the departure date. At that time, all booked passengers will receive a confirmation email verifying that the trip is scheduled to operate as planned.

     

    If the Minimum Is Not Met

    If the required minimum number of reservations is not reached by the published deadline, you will have the following options:

    • Receive a full refund of any payments or deposits made, or
    • Transfer your reservation to the next available confirmed departure date at no additional charge.

     

    Important Notice

    Your timely reservation helps make this trip possible. Every deposit counts toward reaching the minimum required group size. We encourage all interested travelers to submit at least the required deposit before the booking deadline to help secure the departure date preferred by everyone in the group.

     

    Reservation Acknowledgment

    By submitting a deposit or full payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these booking terms and understand that the tour is contingent upon meeting the minimum participation requirement of 20 paid or deposited passengers. Once the trip is confirmed, all standard Road Ready Tours booking, cancellation, and refund policies will apply.

Golf carts are available in 2-passenger, 4-passenger, and 6-passenger configurations, making them a great option for couples, families, and small groups who want to see more of Key West in less time.

     

    If you would like to include a golf cart as part of your adventure, please indicate your preference during the checkout process when purchasing your tour. To help ensure availability upon your arrival, Road Ready Tours coordinates advance reservations with our local rental partner exclusively for our passengers. While we make every effort to secure your requested vehicle, reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
