At the helm of Road Ready Tours is Marian Massey, President, whose formal business education has played a pivotal role in the company’s enduring growth and operational excellence. Marian’s strategic vision, combined with her strong foundation in business management, has helped shape Road Ready Tours into a customer-focused, service-driven organization known for its professionalism and hospitality.

Supporting this vision is Robert Massey, Vice President, who brings over 30 years of travel industry expertise. A Tampa native, Robert began his career in the highly competitive Detroit, Michigan market, where he gained invaluable experience navigating the fast-paced travel and transportation sector. After many successful years in Detroit, Robert returned to his hometown, joining forces with his wife to pursue their shared dream of establishing a premier tour and charter bus company.
